Take a guess what that is! Give up? It is duck tongue. It was interesting, basically like eating chicken's feet, not a lot of meat.
Whole shrimp that was fried enough to where the whole thing was edible. It was really good!
There is pork, sweet potatoes, fish, bean curd soup, rice, shrimp, duck tongue, bamboo shoots, sticky rice, pumpkin......Great meal!

Matt and Leslie, another adoptive family from Jin Hua, asked us to bring a care package to Jin Yin, their daughter.
She was a little startled by all the action and they said she is not fond of a lot of strangers. She warmed up to us a bit after being in the room for a little while.

We went back to the hotel and ate some Ramen noodles for dinner and relaxed. It was a long emotional day, but we were very happy to visit the orphanage!
